For the Sand & Gravel or Stone Quarry operation, we provide a fully integrated system.  At the heart of the system is Scale Ticketing.  Within an instant, trucks are processed at the scale.  It only takes 5 seconds to weigh a truck and prepare a ticket.  No waiting means more loads per day.

At the end of the day, ticket information is transferred to the office for billing purposes.  With the IMS Invoicing Systems, pricing the tickets and printing invoices is easy.  After billing, the IMS Accounts Receivable system tracks customer's payments and generates interest and account statements as necessary.  Reports can be generated at any time and to the user's specification.

In addition, ALL IMS modules are fully integrated; from Quotes to Scale Ticketing all the way through to the General Ledger.  All modules are developed and supported by IMS; no other vendor is involved.  Modules can be purchased & implemented individually or as a complete package.
